My name is Beth. Before Andy Shardo’s, I had started four blogs and made a total of ten posts. I was an English teacher who loved to write, but I just didn’t have anything to say.
As a kid, my plan was to open a restaurant and name it Andy Shardo’s. It was going to be a french fry restaurant–any kind of french fry you could think of served any way you could imagine. The problem is I don’t eat french fries anymore–at least not that kind.
Recently, I have found a new passion for making tasty, healthy food–that other people will eat. There is nothing I enjoy better than making something that I know is good for someone I love. I believe eating healthy and being active are two important parts of living well.
Finally, I found something to write about. That’s what Andy Shardo’s is all about.
I live in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and run all over the place. I’ve learned a few things about fitness over the last thirteen years I’ve spent in the gym and on the run. I am not a personal trainer or nutritionist, nor do I claim to be an expert in either field. All my tips and tricks are learned the hard way. I hope some of them can help you too!
There are a lot of repeated faces on Andy Shardo’s. These are the people that matter to me most–the people that make Andy Shardo’s possible.
So, tie your shoes, heat up your oven, and man up. We have work to do.
